Rural Zimbabwe is endowed with indigenous flowering vegetation currently untapped in the midst of poverty stricken rural population. The Organic Honey Production (OHP) Program promote organic honey production as an income generating activity for rural youth (female and male). Leveraging high demand of organic honey the program focuses more on entrepreneurship skills development and honey value addition promotion in areas with good floral diversity of indigenous vegetation.
